Welsh Paper Company was founded on March 18, 1983 by Gordon and Peggy Welsh. Since then we've grown from our original 20,000 square foot facility to utilizing over 240,000 square feet including the locations in Youngsville, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte. The company was founded as a family business and still is strongly centered around family today. We began with only 8 employees and currently employ over 75.

Welsh Paper Company is a family owned and operated company that has been providing new and innovative packaging solutions since its beginnings 23 years ago. This drive for innovation has been at the heart of this business and its founders. The company has grown from its humble roots in Wake Forest, NC to having a corporate facility, warehousing and distribution centers across the state of North Carolina and sales offices throughout North America.

Today, the Welsh team follows in our founders footsteps with a rock-solid pledge to the company's founding principles of innovation, integrity, working smarter and providing the best in service. By knowing our customers' wants, needs and expectations, Welsh Paper Company can provide them with the best possible solution.
