It will also enable a quicker adaptation to market changes. Welsh will be preparing for the change over by training November 17th to 21st. Welsh will be closed Dec. 12th in preparation for the Go Live date.

 Another Successful ISO Audit Completed.

Welsh Paper would like to congratulate its employees on a successful 2008 ISO audit. ISO 9001: 2000 is a quality management system that requires Welsh to explain what we do as a company, carry out the procedures explained, demonstrate our capabilities to follow through and improve our procedures and processes. We have adopted ISO 9001: 2000 in hopes of knowing and understanding our customers and their needs, and then trying to exceed their expectations. All 3 locations, Youngsville, Winston-Salem and Charlotte have met the necessary requirements in order to remain ISO 9001: 2000 certified.

Welsh Repack awarded 210,000 piece labeling opportunity.

Welsh Paper Repackaging Division has recently been awarded a 210,000 piece, semi-annual labeling job for a large, international beauty and cosmetics supply company. The company had been labeling the product at a retail store level and no longer found it profitable to do so. Welsh was then offered the chance to bid on the job and was able to offer our services as complete, cost-saving supply chain solution. As the relationship between our two companies grows, Welsh continues to look forward to many more opportunities in the future.
