Welsh Repackaging: About the Division

This Division is the newest addition to Welsh Paper. It first begun operation in May of 2006. Since then, due to such rapid growth, we have added on a brand new 22,500 square foot facility dedicated solely to Repackaging. Also, as a packaging supply company, we are a vertically integrated company which means we are able to supply our Repack customers with materials on site, in turn eliminating down time and decreasing project costs.

As the newest addition to Welsh Paper, the Repackaging division continues on as proud part of our company's family heritage. Welsh Paper is a privately owned company that prides itself on family values, a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction. Welsh Repackaging, although under the umbrella of Welsh Paper, is a separate, fully capable company with a core niche in outsourcing logistics.

The division first began operation in May of 2006. Since then, due to such rapid growth, we have added on a brand new 22,500 square foot facility and allotted 100,000+ warehouse space dedicated solely to outsourcing fulfillment and supply chain management. Also, as a vertically integrated company, we offer many turnkey solutions, such as poly-bags, tape, shrink film, corrugated and foam packaging and more, in turn reducing lead times and decreasing project costs.

Initially, jobs handled by this facility were based solely on repackaging work. Examples include: taking product out of one box, inspecting and packing in a new box; cleaning product and replacing packaging, and barcode over labeling. Now we have expanded our scope to include kit assembly, shrink wrapping/banding, inspecting and segregation for defects, barcode printing, security labeling, and much more.
