If your product requires specialized/custom packaging and is required to be ISTA Certified for transit, either by your end customer or just for your own piece of mind, our Design/Testing lab is more than capable to see your needs through from beginning concept to the end result: an ISTA Certified, Transit Safe package.

Sample Making Table

Currently, Welsh Paper offers a full service design lab with state of the art CAD software and sample making equipment and technology. Samples can be made and shipped out to our customers via UPS on the same day. The samples can then be verified for form and fit before an order is placed.

Testing Lab

ISTA Testing Equipment

Another way that we can ensure your package´s effectiveness is through our International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) Certified Testing Lab. Testing here mainly consists of drop testing and vibration testing, all according to the ISTA guidelines. To read more on these guidelines, visit the ISTA.org website.
